ALBERTO BIGGI

Alberto Biggi was born in Rome on March 23, 1951 and received his degree in civil engineering from the University of Rome, “La Sapienza,” in July 1975. From 1975-84 he acted as a teaching assistant and instructor at this same university in the Architecture Technologies Program in the Architecture Department under Professor Vicenzo Bacigalupi. Mr. Biggi has been a member of the public housing commission (articolo 63) at the Istituto Autonomo Case Popolare (I.A.C.P.) of Rome, and was an officer  in the Rome Society of Civil Engineers for the terms 1995-97 and 1997-99.

Mr. Biggi is certified to act as a coordinator of construction site safety, and is listed in the engineers society as a qualified member for fire safety and prevention.
