The executive design of the structures of the Palais des Congres began; the congress building is part of the CO’Met project, a center for sporting and exhibition events promoted by Orléans Val de Loire Evénements, a local public company that deals with the development and marketing of hospitality facilities for the general public and professionals in Orléans. The architectural project of the architects Jacques Ferrier et Populous has now entered the EXE (executive) phase and will be implemented by Bouygues Construction, a construction leader present in 60 countries.
