Description
The structure will be made in high-resistance reinforced concrete. The upper three floors will be structurally isolated from the lower part and will be used as a “Tuned mass dumper” for seismic and wind actions. On the top floor there will be a special framework to hold a 24 meter high photovoltaic panel: this will provide electric power for a good part of the building.
