Description
Executive design of concrete and steel structures; general coordination for the design of all prefabricated structures for the “Porta di Roma Bufalotta in Rome” commercial complex, the Torre Residence and the foyer of the multiplex. The work described below is part of the assignment which includes various works aimed at the realization of the Porta di Roma Shopping Complex.
All the works in the contract are shown below:
• Foundation poles and plinths, Stair bodies, Steel lifts and elevators, IKEA advertising totem
• Stairs and steel cover
• Main access bridge to the shopping center and access bridge to the unloading area
• Kindergarten and elementary school
• Foyer of the multiplex
• Residence tower
